Francisco is a partner at Jana & Gil Dispute Resolution and has extensive experience in domestic and international arbitration (CAM Santiago, ICSID, ICC, UNCITRAL and SCC).

For the past seven years, he worked for ICSID at the World Bank's Washington, D.C. office, where he clerked for numerous international tribunals in investor-state disputes.

Previously, he worked in the international arbitration group at Herbert Smith Freehills in London, UK (2014-2015) and at Baker & McKenzie in Santiago, Chile (2010-2013).

He is licensed to practice law both in Chile and in the State of New York, U.S.A. and is a professor at the Universidad de Chile, as well as the author of numerous publications.
