We are proud to share that our partner Andrés Jana participated as Chair of Working Group II at the 83rd session of the UNCITRAL Working Group II (Dispute Settlement), held from February 16 to 20, 2026, at the United Nations Headquarters in New York, leading the Working Group’s discussions in a key forum for the development of international arbitration.

The meeting brought together leading practitioners, academics, and arbitral institutions, who reflected on the challenges and opportunities posed by digitalization in the dispute resolution system, thereby consolidating a fundamental space for dialogue in the global evolution of arbitration.
