Victoria Demarchi is a lawyer from the University of Chile and an LL.M. from Columbia Law School, New York (Fulbright Scholarship and Chile Scholarships). Victoria specializes in domestic and international arbitration, both commercial and investment, with special emphasis in the areas of energy and natural resources, construction, transportation and insurance. She is a professor of Civil Law at the University of Chile and is a member of the list of Young Arbitrators of CAM Santiago.

Tomás Bown is a lawyer from Universidad de los Andes and an LL.M. from U.C. Berkeley School of Law. His practice focuses on the resolution of complex civil and commercial litigation, shareholder disputes, insolvency and reorganization proceedings, and litigation in the construction and mining sectors, among others. He also advises on cases before CAM Santiago, and ad-hoc, national and international courts.
