Our partner, Andrés Jana, in his capacity as Chair of the ICCA Judicial Committee, participated today in the seminar “The Role of the Judiciary in the Control of Arbitration,” organized by Brazil’s Superior Court of Justice (STJ) in Brasília. During the event, he took part in the opening session and in the presentation of the ICCA Guide for Judges on the Interpretation of the 1958 New York Convention, alongside distinguished judicial authorities and leading international arbitration practitioners.
