We are pleased to share that today the book Foreign Investment Law and Arbitration: A Latin American Perspective and Study is being presented at the Santiago Arbitration and Mediation Center (CAM Santiago). This collective publication brings together leading practitioners and scholars from across the region to examine the principal developments and challenges in investment arbitration.

Representing Jana & Gil Dispute Resolution, our partners Victoria Demarchi and Francisco Grob contributed as authors to two chapters of the book. Francisco is the author of the chapter “Recognition and Enforcement of ICSID Awards,” while Victoria, together with Karen Werner, co-authored the chapter “Transparency in Investment Arbitration: An Analysis of the 2022 ICSID Rules.”

We congratulate both of them on this important academic contribution, which reflects our firm’s ongoing commitment to advancing international arbitration, promoting legal scholarship, and strengthening the practice of investment arbitration across Latin America.
