International law is undergoing a period of profound challenges and transformation. Against this backdrop, Buenos Aires hosted ASIL Abroad 2026, the international conference organized by the American Society of International Law (ASIL), which brought together academics, arbitrators, litigators, and legal professionals from around the world to reflect on the future of the international legal order under the theme, “The International Legal Order at a Crossroads: Rupture, Resilience, and Renewal.” The conference took place on July 6–7 at Universidad Torcuato Di Tella.
